摘要: An enhanced thiosemicarbazide(TSC)-H 2O2 chemiluminescence (CL) system was established and proposed as a new analytical method for determination of b-lactam antibiotics, ampicillin sodium amoxicillin at microgram levels. The is based on the inhibition CL emission accompanying oxidation TSC by H in alkaline medium. effect anionic, cationic, non-ionic surfactants studied. Both N-cetyl- N,N,N- trimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) Triton X-100, unlike dodecyl sulfate (SDS), reinforced intensity were efficient to approximately same level. presence eight non-aqueous solvents also investigated. Upon addition both surfactant, solvent, N,N- dimethyl formamide (DMF), reaction increased 100-fold. This allows measurement 25-545 mg amoxicillin, 35-350 sodium. detection limits are 8 9 relative standard deviations six replicate measurements 200 1.9 2.1%, respectively. foreign species examined. successfully applied some pharmaceutical dosage forms.
