摘要: Sixteen selected cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas (NHL), representing different stages B-cell maturation, were studied by an avidin-biotin complex technique modified for electron microscopy. A large number neoplastic cells reflecting the early maturation toward plasma cells, such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia (2 cases), centrocytic lymphoma and centroblastic (1 case), showed labeling immunoglobulins on membranes perinuclear rough endoplasmic reticulum cisternae with minimal immunoglobulin accumulation within cisternae. Only a few centrocytes centroblastic-centrocytic follicular diffuse NHL (3 cases) weak intracytoplasmic membranes. The evident plasmablastic differentiation lymphoplasmacytoid 2 immunoblastic reticulum. However, one NHL, which revealed features center cell plasmacytic differentiation, immunostaining without accumulation. One additional case periphery Russell bodies, whereas intracisternal was not observed. Burkitt’s case) vesicles Golgi numerous Burkitt-like characterized in differentiation. Labeling observed both cases.
