Distribution of T-cell subsets in follicular and diffuse lymphomas of B-cell type.

摘要: The authors examined the number and distribution of cells reacting with monoclonal antibodies to T-cell subsets in frozen tissue sections B-cell lymphomas (30 follicular 17 diffuse lymphomas). In five (two lymphocytic, three small cleaved cell) neoplastic B-lymphocytes reacted antibody anti-T1. all other cases, only lymphocytes concentrated between follicles distributed randomly lymphomas. T T4+/T8+ ratio mixed was similar, although not identical, that seen hyperplastic lymphoid follicles. Fewer a decrease were large cell lymphoma is consistent hypothesis there functional interaction B benign cells. No tumors found which anti-T3, anti-T4, or anti-T8.
