摘要: Flow cytometric analyses of cellular DNA, RNA, and double-stranded RNA content were performed on lymph nodes extranodal tissue from 177 patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. With increasing histologic grade, a higher incidence aneuploidy, proliferative activity, total found. Despite considerable heterogeneity within grades morphologic subdivisions, conformity between classifications was observed in 85% cases. Among intermediate-grade high-grade lymphomas, increased activity diploidy associated more frequent responses to treatment. Thus, nucleic acid-derived parameters relate subtypes permit an objective approach lymphoma classification based ploidy, proliferation, characteristics that also had prognostic implications.
