摘要: At the beginning of an ICT4D project where mobile phones will be used, question that researchers and practitioners ponder is: what device best for project? In this paper, we present guidelines making choice, based on lessons drawn from a review 30 projects, reflection our own work with Community Health Workers in Lesotho last four years, during which used three types devices field. We discuss considerations can guide process selecting or platform each context, recent upsurge smartphone preference over feature factors to consider when smartphones fieldwork.
