摘要: The concept of transformational leadership styles has been popular in medical communities recent years but very limited information is available the literature on role relation to workplace performance among home health aides. A secondary data analysis was conducted using 2007 National Home Health Aides Survey (n = 1,828). multivariate regression performed estimate association with Transformational were positively linked reducing injury, increasing career satisfaction, and choosing their again if they had choose. Our finding suggests that introducing practices may benefit aides improving performance.
