摘要: The β2-adrenergic agonists (β 2 -AAs) clenbuterol (CLEN) and ractopamine (RACT) were fed to rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss for 30-37 days red white muscle β -adrenoceptor -AR) binding characteristics mRNA expression assessed in parallel with fractional protein synthetic rates. Feeding CLEN or RACT had no significant effect on any body physiological variables measured. There differences the number of sites (Borax) while a increase K d was observed β-ARs membranes isolated from -AA-fed trout. No change -AR levels -AA feeding, implying that these -AAs do not act at transcriptional level least -AR. treatments, however, did significantly synthesis rates whole protein, myofibrillar sarcoplasmic soluble fractions. Although conclusive, this study supports direct link between -ARs synthesis.
