摘要: The characteristics of hepatic beta(2)-adrenoceptors (AR) were examined in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) chased once per day to exhaustion for up 7 days or fed the repartitioning agents clenbuterol (CLEN) ractopamine (RACT) that function mammals as beta-agonists. A one-day chase and feeding CLEN 37 resulted a significant 27% 33% decrease, respectively, number CGP-binding sites (B(max)) with no change affinity (Kd) beta(2)-ARs. Despite decrease beta(2)-AR numbers feeding, differences found either mRNA levels adenylyl cyclase (ACase) activities. In addition, displayed only partial agonist activities it was be more effective at blocking isoproterenol-stimulated cAMP production isolated hepatocytes than stimulating production. small affects RACT may related its low active stereoisomer content beta(2)-AR. Agonist regulation beta(2)-ARs involve down-regulation receptors without affecting responsiveness.
