摘要: Abstract The effect of time soaking on bulk density and dielectric constant has been measured pure niobium-doped barium titanate pyroelectric specimens. temperature dependence the for both samples investigated before after poling. percentage anisotropy ferroelectricity was also calculated various modified materials. Our results can be explained in terms redistribution lattice a different crystallographic orientation, polarization, as well existence imperfection accompanying temperature, poling niobium doping. obtained were good conformity, correlated with increased proportion remnant 90° domains (induced electrically charged vacancies result Nb 3+ substitution Ti 4+ octahedral sites). It concluded that Nb-doped produces best quality ceramic pyroelectrics.
