摘要: Abstract Whole plants of Narcissus pallidiflorus collected at Alava (Spain) were found to contain a new heterodimer amaryllidaceous alkaloid, pallidiflorine. Its structure was elucidated mainly by NMR spectroscopy using 1 H- H (COSY) and 13 C two-dimensional experiments. The known alkaloids 5,6-dihydrobicolorine, haemanthamine, homolycorine, 8- O -demethylhomolycorine pretazettine also isolated from the same plant.
