摘要: Abstract 1. Hyaluronic acid has been prepared quantitatively from the rooster comb under mild conditions, with a yield of 6% acetone-dried combs. 93% this hyaluronic was extracted distilled water, while stronger treatments, 1 M NaCl extraction and digestion pronase, were required to remove remainder tissues. 2. The crude extracts purified by modified Sevag 's procedure, epichlorohydrin triethanolamine- (ECTEOLA-) chromatography fractionation cetylpyridinium chloride. these procedures recovered greater than 90% respect hexuronic acid. 3.
