摘要: Muscle fatigue is considered as a risk factor for developing playing-related muscular disorders among professional pianists and could affect musical performance. This study investigated in 50 the effect of fatiguing repetitive piano sequences on development forearm muscle performance parameters. Results showed signs myoelectric manifestation 42-electromyographic bipolar electrodes positioned to record finger wrist flexor extensor muscles, through significant non-constant decrease instantaneous median frequency during two Digital (right-hand 16-tones sequence) Chord chords excerpts, with muscles showing greater than muscles. In addition, negatively affected key velocity, central feature sound intensity, both note-events, fundamental aspect musicians' parameter, excerpt only. result highlights that may alter differently pianists' according characteristics piece played.
