摘要: This paper presents the wireless data transmission of complex modulated signals in E-band using a MMIC-based link compared to current state art millimeter-wave communication. Highly linear and extremely broadband frontend components combination with latest equipment generate analyze are used this experiment. The received signal quality is evaluated terms EVM BER. An error free QPSK rate 40 Gbit/s over distance 6m presented, while 80 signals, achieved by 16-QAM modulation, results BER 3.7 × 10−3.
