摘要: A complete MMIC-based chipset for multi-Gigabit satellite communication links in the designated E-Band frequency ranges is shown. The includes broadband I/Q up- and downconverter, a multiplier LO generation, low noise amplifier with figure below 2 dB integrated within receiver chip as well power saturated output above 22 dBm. link budget analysis indicates feasibility LEO downlink presented fully solid-state data rates up to 5 Gbit/s.
