摘要: AbstractPurpose: We investigated whether transplantation of single pediatric donor kidneys into adults leads to an increased incidence functional allograft impairment and complications, as previously reported.Materials Methods: To evaluate long-term outcome using 60 (study group) who underwent between March 1973 December 1988 6 years old or younger (mean age plus minus standard deviation 41.1 plus/minus 17.9 months) were compared 58 matched (control with adult 29.7 10.8 years).
