摘要: Planar chromatography (PLC) is gaining importance in the analysis of natural products. Sophisticated instrumentation has become available this field. Major progress planar been achieved through development forced-flow techniques. Progress also made capillary-controlled flow techniques with use modified chambers. A large variety stationary phases and strategies to optimize mobile phase compositions PLC have developed. The detection quantitation improved direct coupling spectroscopic methods modern, computerized scanning densitometers.
