摘要: Tissues from 10 patients with localized leishmania lymphadenitis were stained by immunoperoxidase technique for leishmanian antigens, immunoglobulins (Ig), complement, components, alpha 1-antitrypsin, and fibrin routine chloroacetate esterase techniques. Lymph nodes showed a granulomatous process varying degree of necrosis, amastigotes, abundant plasma cells, focal fibrosis. Leishmanian antigens rabbit anti-Leishmania tropica antiserum was detected in lymph (eight cases examined) skin lesion but not node showing only nonspecific hyperplasia. Positive antigen staining seen granulomata, (in three cases) vascular smooth muscles. Dominant cell classes IgG IgE. Macrophages granulomata positively IgE (but IgM or IgA), faintly C3, strongly 1-antitrypsin. Mast cells few. may be involved specific way this condition; formation immune complexes leads to immunologically mediated lysis the host macrophages. This finding is important understanding pathogenesis effective elimination parasites.
