摘要: Cold spray was employed as a novel method to prepare NiO/Al 2 O 3 primary steam reforming catalyst coating for hydrogen production. The microstructure characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) before after reactions. catalytic performance examined through methane (SRM) in microreactor. Results showed that successfully deposited on the stainless steel substrate by cold spray. thickness of about 50 μm. It presented rough surface porous structure. Since temperature process is low, no phase changes occurred during deposition. However particle size became smaller compared with feedstock due its smashing. found cold-sprayed active SRM at high space velocity although filamentous carbon formed surface. After reaction there obvious peeling off indicating good bonding between substrate.
