摘要: Abstract Quartz is a hydrophilic mineral that usually associates with other ores. In this paper, the effect of UV stimuli on wettability and floatability quartz was studied. An azobenzene-containing surfactant synthesized its structure identified by 1H NMR. We used UV–vis NMR spectra to study photoisomerization. After irradiation molecular, trans isomer concentration decreases cis increases; both aromatic protons azobenzene moiety aliphatic experience an upfield shift, indicating molecular isomerizes from form. contact angle measurements demonstrate hydrophobicity increases adhesion tension quartz. The results flotation tests has higher performances than alkyl amine salt, improves selectivity in This demonstrates can be as light-responsive collector for phosphate
