Tuberculosis y SIDA en Cuba. Estudio de dos series de casos

摘要: Objetivo: Caracterizar dos grupos de enfermos con SIDA y tuberculosis (TB) diagnosticados antes despues generalizada la terapia antirretroviral alta eficacia (TARVAE) en Cuba. Metodos: Diseno descriptivo correlacional series casos 149 TB: serie I, 72 (enero 1997-marzo 2001, TARVAE); II, 77 (mayo 2001-julio 2004, TARVAE). Todos los fueron egresados del Instituto Medicina Tropical "Pedro Kouri" La Habana, Se evaluaron variables demograficas, clinicas, microbiologicas e inmunologicas por revision expedientes clinicos. Resultados principales conclusiones: Predomino el sexo masculino ambas series; edad media vario 30 a 33 anos. El 58.3% 57.1% clasificaba como enfermo momento TB, esta fue primera enfermedad indicadora sindrome 64.9% 48.6% resto. En 54.5% tuvieron un recuento LTCD4+ < 200 celulas, indicando mejor estado inmunologico respecto I (76.4%). clinico TB semejante ambos grupos; hubo mayor frecuencia fiebre origen desconocido (92.2%), diaforesis ABSTRACT
