摘要: Aim To investigate the clinical outcome and prognostic factors of young adults nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients in era intensity-modulated radiotherapy. Methods We retrospectively analyzed NPC who were admitted to our hospital from January 2010 December 2013. COX regression model was used identify associated with survival. The acute late toxicities also evaluated. Results A total 165 included; median follow-up time for all 65 months (4-96 months). 5-year overall survival (OS), distant metastasis-free survival, progression-free local-regional recurrence-free 85.9, 82.4, 76.4 92.4%, respectively. N stage an independent factor OS (p = 0.009) 0.008). Cumulative cisplatin >200 mg/m2 0.032). Conclusion Young can achieve a reasonable control radiotherapy tolerable toxicities.
