摘要: Demand often exceeds capacity at congested airports. Airline frequency competition is partially responsible for the growing demand airport resources. We propose a game-theoretic model airline under slot constraints. The solved to obtain Nash equilibrium using successive optimizations approach, wherein individual are performed dynamic programming-based technique. predictions validated against actual data, with results indicating close fit reality. use evaluate different strategic allocation schemes from perspectives of airlines and passengers. most significant result this research shows that small reduction in total number allocated slots translates into substantial flight passenger delays also considerable improvement airlines' profits.
