摘要: Summary A total of 54 strains including 8 serotypes Yersinia pseudotuberculosis were examined to find out about their cell surface hydrophobicity and virulence plasmid-associated properties. All the which aggregated in 0.9% saline expressed properties calciumdependent growth auto agglutination. However, hydrophilic did not possess The above results suggest that salting-out test with could be an effective measure differentiate plasmidcarrying Y. from those plasmidless avirulence.
