摘要: The cells that make up the body column of hydra are extensively joined by gap junctions, capable mediating rapid exchange small hydrophilic molecules between cytoplasms neighboring cells. Both rate transfer through junctions and return junction coupling after grafting experiments sufficiently to mediate events in patterning tissue. Antibodies major rat liver protein (27,000 daltons) recognize a antigen effective eliminating junctional communication antibodies perturb head inhibition gradient operations, suggesting cell-cell via is important this defined tissue process.
