摘要: Background: In common with other investigators, we have reported the constitutive activation of transcription factor nuclear factor-I B (NF-I B) in a variety carcinomas, but there is no definite information on its clinical significance. Materials and Methods: NF-I p65 was determined by immunohistochemical analysis surgically resected specimens from 63 gastric carcinomas. The patients were divided into high group (21 patients) low (42 patients). Forty-seven underwent curative resection. 47 consisted 13 34 patients. Results: demonstrated shorter overall survival rate compared (p=0.015). who resection, also showed poor prognosis (p=0.032). Multivariate indicated that potential prognostic carcinoma. Conclusion: Constitutive may be new parameter
