摘要: Abstract This work first reported ethylene as hydrate formation guest gas for facilitating orange juice concentration process. Ethylene with equilibrium conditions under this process were measured by employing the classic isochoric pressure search method. Based on obtained conditions, effects of feed and temperature dehydration ratio investigated. The consumption curves recorded distinctly from that CO2 in presence juice, which could be caused multiple nucleation crystal. increased increase pressure. Maximum 92.8% was found at 4.43 MPa. Dehydration ranged 52.5% to 61.8% range 0.5–10.0 °C. results demonstrated can an efficient technology water removal concentration.
