摘要: MiR-515-5p has been suggested to function as tumor suppressor in various human cancers. However, the role of miR-515-5p prostate cancer was still unclear. In this study, we observed expression reduced tissues and cell lines compared with paired adjacent normal prostatic epithelial lines, respectively. Furthermore, found negatively correlated TRIP13 mRNA protein tissue samples, directly targeted 3'-UTR regulated expression. Moreover, acted a regulate proliferation, migration invasion via targeting cancer. Besides, that patients advanced T stage subgroup or high Gleason score significantly lower than its early low score. Survival analysis cases had better prognosis conclusion, our study highlights clinical biological suppressive microRNA
