摘要: Background and Objectives The aim of this study was to analyze the stage migration survival endometrial cancer by revised FIGO 2008 staging system compared with 1988 system. Methods A total 355 patients cancer, who underwent complete surgical staging, were enrolled. We stages those system. Results 2008 resulted in an increase I decrease II IIIa patients. The 5-year overall (OS) rates for IA IB disease 98.2% 91.9%, respectively (P = 0.004). Five-year OS rate new (82.6%) significantly worse than that (98.2%, P = 0.003). Patients positive washing cytology alone revealed a similar IIIA (96.2% vs. 90.9%, respectively; P = 0.53). IIIC1 improved IIIC2 (85.7% 63.0%, P = 0.08).
