摘要: The light-based minimum-time circadian entrainment problem for mammals, Neurospora, and Drosophila is studied based on the mathematical models of their gene regulation. These contain high order nonlinear differential equations. Two model simplification methods are applied to these high-order models: phase response curves (PRC) Principal Orthogonal Decomposition (POD). variational calculus a gradient descent algorithm solving optimal light input in models. As results rely heavily initial guesses, we use control PRC simplified initialize algorithm. In this paper, present: (1) general process highorder models; (2) impacts transcription protein synthesis.
