摘要: A process for adding fat to an extruded food composition. The comprises the step of feeding raw material from hopper (1) into cooking or heating extruder (2) form extrudate which exists through die (3) hot oil chamber (9). is cut by cutting mechanism (5) located in (9) pellet. pellet then transported a screen (6) excess separated and blowing air (7) applied onto surface. rolled down conveyor belt (8) carries finished packaging area. heated (11) pumped pump assembly (12).
