摘要: A process for the production of expandable granules thermoplastic polymers comprising: (a) extrusion polymer in which an expanding agent is incorporated, through a die-head order to obtain polymer; (b) immediate cooling this water, kept at temperature remains non-expanded state, but not lower than Tg (c) cutting water immediately outlet die-head, and (d) annealing thus obtained granules, by slow range comprised between least +5° C. -5° polymer, wherein thereof are carried out under pressure. The apparatus comprises extruder; means injecting into die-head; chamber fastened said provided with cutter pipes feeding pressure; tower maintaining pressure tower.
