摘要: Double antibody-solid phase (DASP) radioimmunoassay methods for plasma LH and FSH urinary were developed carefully evaluated as to their reliability practicability. The peptide hormones iodinated enzymatically with immobilized lactoperoxidase which resulted in pure stable products of unchanged immunoreactivity. sensitivities these assay are 0.02, 0.17 0.20 mIU/tube (MRC 68/40) 68/39) (IRP-HMG, urinary), respectively. Interassay coefficients variation obtained over a 6–18 month period 14.2, 14.7 12.8%, latter values assays from one level pool samples, the value is mean those two pools different levels.
