Haemodynamic and hormonal effects of short-term oestradiol treatment in postmenopausal women

摘要: Haemodynamic changes during a 3-wk treatment with oestradiol valerianate (2 mg/day orally) were studied in 12 postmenopausal women by isotope 113Inm radiocardiography. Systolic blood pressure measured the supine position decreased 3% (P less than 0.05) and diastolic 4% 0.01). The heart rate 15% 0.001).
