摘要: Researchers in Sweden developed and assessed radioimmunoassays of estrone estradiol human bovine peripheral plasma. An antibody against estradiol-17-beta-succinyl-bovine-serum-albumin was employed. Without any previous treatment the diluted .1% phosphate buffer to 1:150000. Estrone fractions were separated with Sephadex LH-20 chromatography.
