摘要: Abstract The relative accuracy of computed tomography (CT) and ultrasound in abdominal staging renal cancer was determined 22 patients. CT is capable detecting tumor invasion perinephric fat adjacent muscles, which cannot usually be shown by ultrasound. While both demonstrate venous retroperitoneal extension, more reliable since bowel gas not infrequently obscures the retroperitoneum on ultrasonic scanning. However, will often provide valuable information; whenever a solid mass detected echography using prone scans, scans should obtained for purposes.
