摘要: Glomus versiforme was associated in vitro with Ri-T-DNA-transformed carrot root and after 4 months of cultivation, numerous axenic arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) propagules were obtained. Three successive generations spores pieces obtained by reassociating a 4-month-old piece new root. A biological test conducted to assess the infectivity three inoculum. Both for pieces, significant decrease observed among generations. Mycorrhizal however, exhibited, higher than spores. These results show possibility maintaining AM fungi cultures conditions long time raise questions about loss The necessity same strains vivo two separate collections is discussed.
