摘要: A study was conducted to quantify the ability of entrapped, monoxenically produced spores an arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus germinate and reproduce fungal life cycle after crpopreservation. No germination obtained incubation entrapped in glycerol mannitol subsequent cryopreservation at -70 degreesC, regardless concentration cryoprotectants duration incubation. Incubation for 1 d 0.5 M sucrose, 2 trehalose, led spore - 70 degreesC. Lower temperatures were tested with incubated trehalose. The highest rate, estimated by percentage potentially infective beads (%PIB), -100 %PIB 95% (water agar medium) 100% (Strullu-Romand this temperature. Thereafter, rapidly decreased -140 -180 Heavy sporulation high internal root colonization re-association spores, trehalose subsequently cryopreserved transformed carrot roots. This demonstrates following cold treatment.
