摘要: The provision of fresh air in cities is one the main drivers for sustainability, helping to preserve occupants' health and comfort both indoors outdoors. Moreover, it well known that there a crucial correlation between natural ventilation potential (NVP)and composition urban morphology built environments. However, only limited information on design within available local authorities designers when considering planning strategies, this having influence subsequent building design. This paper explains ideas problems associated with such research strategies be undertaken. Using up-to-date Geographical Information Systems(GIS) Computational Fluid Dynamics ( CFD ) programmes, strategic guidelines standards morphology, microclimate energy density can identified represented series GIS-based climate maps. methodology adopted study may applied generally provide data other locations which will make significant contribution evidence-based policy-making management.
