摘要: This study examines children's awareness of the presence additives in food. Seventy-five 5-10-year-olds were interviewed and asked about how one four target foods made. The results suggest that may develop early school years, although less than half total sample (44%) reported an additives. Awareness appears to increase with age, particularly, between ages 5-6 years 7-8 years. Additives generally perceived as a good thing by those aware their presence. Those who be bad also shared more general concerns for health.
