摘要: Abstract Background/Purpose This study presents the results of structure validity tests two measures mobility for healthy older people. The aim this article is to analyze whether validation by Avlund et al (Scand J Soc Med 1993;21:233–46; Eur Public Health 1996;6:35–41) can be reproduced in Germany and explore fatigue as measured one scales predictive need help nursing costs at 3-year follow-up. Method Data were collected between 2004 2007 from 1197 75+-year-olds southern Germany. Mobility was questions relation help. Structural internal consistency tested using Rasch model item analysis. fit compared with latent class analysis (LCA) order used produce quantitative or qualitative data. analyzed health insurance systems Results Two on mobility, (the Mob-H scale) regarding Mob-T scale), derived. classes solution differed their sum scores, so that use score produced valid differences although showed a better than did model. Furthermore, scale turned out related development dependency care Further, strongest predictor help, scale. Conclusion developed Denmark German population, activities (Mob-T) These findings are substantial because they suggest it highly relevant put attention programs reducing costs.
