摘要: The services provided to the patients of pre-hospital emergency center and their satisfactions indicate quality services. goal this study is investigate satisfaction with Ambulance Service (115) in Shahrekord first half (2012). In descriptive analytic study, 450 transferred hospital by were chosen using simple random sampling method data was collected evaluation questionnaire. information obtained under SPSS software version 16 analyzed statistical test, independent t variance analysis test Pierson Correlation test. findings showed that level men, low- educated people, married those record problems significantly higher than others. Satisfaction all fields above 50% totally 71.12. highest for efficiency (58, 78) lowest questions performance technicians 73). Patients' considered as one main concepts procedures, manner results patients' different high satisfactory should allocate much more time interaction order improve satisfaction.
