摘要: —A layered velocity is obtained using arrival-time data of P and S waves from local earthquakes for the Central Region Madagascar. A damped least-squares method applied in inversion data. The used are 770 P-wave arrival times 154 events which have epicenters region inside Malagasy network operated by Institut et Observatoire de Geophysique d’Antananarivo (IOGA). These jointly earthquake hypocenters P- S-wave models. not first step inversion, since their use leads to large location errors. If error on phase reading wave about 0.1s, it considerably bigger. reference average model here a variant given Rakotondrainibe (1977).
