摘要: ABSTRACTA simple, environmental and economical capillary electrophoresis method has been developed for the analysis of four model proteins by employing a photoactive non-toxic diazoresin (DR), D-Glucurone modification inner surface fused-silica capillary. DR/D-Glucurone coated not only effectively eliminated wall adsorption proteins, but also showed good stability repeatability. Instead using moisture sensitive toxic silane coupling agent, application photosensitive DR may provide flexible environmentally friendly strategy to prepare novel covalently capillaries. Thus, great potential in electrochromatography new biological compounds separation.
