摘要: The orientation controlled synthesis of h-WO3 nanostructures on ITO substrates has been successfully realized in large scale via a simple hydrothermal method. influences pH value and growth time the morphology WO3 were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high resolution transmission (HRTEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) diffraction (XRD). nanorod bundles parallel to substrate arrays vertical can be selectively prepared adjusting final just 2.0 2.4, respectively. evolution mechanism well aligned intensively studied. Moreover, optical properties with different oriented alignment also examined.
