Monodisperse WO3 hierarchical spheres synthesized via a microwave assisted hydrothermal method: time dependent morphologies and gas sensing characterization

摘要: Monodisperse WO3 hierarchical spheres were successfully synthesized via a microwave assisted hydrothermal method and subsequent annealing process. The synthesis was performed using peroxopolytungstic acid as precursor in the presence of sodium sulfate. effects reaction time on microstructure also investigated discussed. It is found that influences morphologies terms particle sizes dispersities. A gas sensor based as-prepared fabricated tested. results revealed showed relatively good selectivity repeatability to acetone vapour. When concentration range 100 1000 ppm, relationship between response exhibited linearity.
