摘要: Abstract A novel strategy for the synthesis of tungsten trioxide (WO 3 ) micro–nanostructures by thermal annealing powder under ambient conditions is reported. The as–synthesized WO samples are thoroughly characterized using X–ray diffraction, photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) measurement. TEM results show that size highly crystalline particles can be tuned from micro to nano simply varying temperatures. BET demonstrate surface area pore synthesized decreases with increasing Furthermore, at 550 °C (WO–550) exhibits not only higher size, but also excellent photocatalytic activity as well super hydrophilicity compared other prepared commercially available . However, among particles, WO–550 moderate electrochromic properties. Our facile, cheap, rapid, reproducible large–scale production, use toxic precursors or additional capping agents eliminated. We believe our method could have various practical industrial applications, yield an alternative commercial
