摘要: We have previously shown that dietary inositol hexakisphosphate (IP6) and myo-inositol prevent fatty liver in rats fed a casein-based diet containing 1,1,1-trichloro-2,2-bis (p-chlorophenyl) ethane (DDT). This study was performed to examine the comparative effects of equimolar amounts sodium IP6 (1.02%) (0.2%) on development DDT-induced hypercholesterolemia 20% casein-type amino acid mixtures designed exclude possible contaminant casein. Thirty-six male Wistar were divided into 6 groups each for: control group, myo-inositol-supplemented IP6-supplemented DDT-treated DDT + group. Dietary clearly suppressed rises serum concentrations cholesterol phospholipids because feeding, but had no significant influence such elevations. IP6, not myo-inositol, caused body weight gain with or without intake. Supplemental significantly increased hepatic-free regardless intake prevented DDT. In conclusion, exert similar status distinct growth rate mixtures.
