摘要: In this paper, the physical principle of phase grating's resonance is discussed and basic (approximate) formulae for presented. According to formulae, properties peak, including condition multi peak single its relation with grating film thickness, incidence angle, period, also discussed. The results are consistent those calculated rigorous theory. An efficient design method controlling wavelength found.
