摘要: Abstract Ischemic injury to the heart in period between aortic cross-clamping and administration of cardioplegic solution was evaluated normothermic rat model. After isolation control perfusion with oxygenated Krebs-Henseleit bicarbonate buffer, hearts were given lactated Ringer's (30 mEq K + per liter) for 2 minutes at three different intervals following clamping: no delay, 2-minute 5-minute delay. Thereafter, left unper-fused time initiation ischemic contracture recorded. Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) creatine phosphate levels measured all groups prior conclusion cardioplegia administration. A delay resulted significantly lower ( p The fate myocardium may be insensitive events that occur during earliest moments ischemia provided rapid potassium follows restores preischemic high-energy stores. However, there is a critical initial interval before associated an impaired ability tolerate subsequent ischemia.
