摘要: Abstract Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 1-mm oversized corneal grafts in patients with acquired opacities and extensive peripheral iridocorneal adhesions. Design Prospective noncomparative case series. Participants Twenty (20 eyes) aged 15 years or older unilateral bilateral opacification a shallow anterior chamber. Intervention Penetrating keratoplasty was performed donor buttons by 1 mm. Main outcome measures The various parameters evaluated were visual acuity, graft clarity, keratometry, chamber depth, intraocular pressure, spherical equivalent refraction 12 months after surgery. Results keratoplasties eyes corneo-iridic scar infectious keratitis (75%) 5 failed (25%). At final follow-up, clear achieved 17 (85%), 14 (70%) best-corrected acuity 6/12 better. Three because rejection. average keratometry 44.1 ± 1.0 diopters (D), mean −3.23 2.86 D. provided depth 2.36 0.42 mm, pressure at month follow-up 16.38 2.09 mmHg. Conclusions Corneal mm provide adequate reduce risk synechiae secondary glaucoma
